Welcome to Mac & Milo’s — a funky, feel-good barbershop rooted in community, good hair, and even better vibes.We’re Aly Mac and Milo McGehee — longtime barbers, creative weirdos, and real-life friends who opened this place with a shared dream: to create a space that feels like home for anyone tired of the traditional barbershop scene. With over 20 years of combined experience behind the chair, we’re proud to offer top-tier cuts in an environment that’s bright, warm, and a little bit retro — just like us.
We’re kind, open-minded people who love to laugh, talk music, and connect with our community. We welcome all walks of life through our doors and specialize in clean, classic haircuts with a twist — whether you’re after something fresh and androgynous, curly and 90s-inspired, or just a solid fade and a good conversation. At Mac & Milo’s, you’ll always get consistent, quality service from experienced barbers who remember your name and know what’s going on in your life. Our Story
We met working side by side at our last barbershop, where our friendship grew over three years of daily laughs, great music, and solid fades. When we both set off to open our own solo studios, we quickly realized how much we missed the camaraderie — not just with each other, but with a team and a community.
So we decided to join forces and do things our way.
Mac & Milo’s is a celebration of everything we love: independence, creativity, good hair, and good people. We moved on from the classic Americana barbershop vibe to create something brighter, funkier, and more inclusive — think minimalistic maximalism with a splash of late 60s/early 70s California skate shop energy. Soft pinks, oranges, and sunny yellows set the tone, but it’s the people inside that really bring it to life.
We listen to everything from hardcore to 1980s Tokyo pop to 90s country. We talk about wrestling, pets, music, the weather — whatever’s flowing that day. We’re here to cut clean hair, build real relationships, and create a space where conversations are open invitations and laughter is part of the service.
This is a barbershop that breaks the mold — and breaks the Seattle ice.
